Purchase and Cancellation Policy

All orders placed through Ravenous Miniatures are subject to the following terms.

Purchases By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price for the product(s) at the time of order. Prices are in CAD and are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — please refer to our Return and Refund Policy instead.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is extended if it ends on a weekend or public holiday. To exercise this right, please contact us before the withdrawal period expires.

Return shipping costs for EU withdrawal requests are the responsibility of the customer unless we have stated otherwise.
